Answering some more of my frequently asked questions as your Hilton Head Island photographer!
I get asked all the time about:
Clouds! I absolutely love if it is a cloudy day– I prefer it over a full-sun day. With how I like to edit, it just makes everyone “pop” and look absolutely gorgeous in the soft, even lighting. Cloudy days are never a bad thing for your photo session.
Wind! I am always watching the wind gust forecast on my weather apps for your Hilton Head photo session! My rule of thumb is if the gusts are around 18+ MPH range, then we may want to reschedule the session for a less windy day! A little wind is wonderful for that beach-y look in your photographs!
People! The Hilton Head Island beaches can be busy during the warmer months. First of all, I know all of the beaches of the island very well and will always steer you in the right direction for where the best place to shoot will be. I also ALWAYS edit out all of the people in the back of your photos. I try to position my families & couples so there aren’t any people in the background, but when that is impossible, I always make sure to do my job on the backend so you have a beautiful photograph.
