I am rounding up some of my favorite areas of the island and actual rental homes that I highly suggest for your Hilton Head Island vacation !

These are all walking distance to beautiful beaches and are located in amazing neighborhoods on the island. I have done photo sessions at all of these locations & loved every single one so I am excited to share with you !

6 Terra Bella Trace

Perhaps one of my favorite properties on Hilton Head Island ! Located between resorts, this property is oceanfront to a quieter beach. Within walking distance you have Sea Salts beach bar, Jamaica Joez beach bar, Coco’s on the beach and more… Location is everything ! Not to mention you are 5 minutes from amazing restaurants & activities like Shelter Cove Marina, Poseidon, Giuseppi’s Pizza & Pasta and Chaplin Community Park for tennis. The home speaks for itself with gorgeous, sweeping views, coastal décor and even a rooftop seating area.

39 Dune Lane

Dune Lane is an awesome place to rent a home ! Again, steps from the beach. It is also steps away from Coligny Plaza and Shopping Center with over 60 specialty shops and restaurants. There is also the brand new Celebration Park ! You can bike to tons of restaurants and you’re right next to one of my favorite beach bars, Pool Bar Jim’s, at the Seacrest Resort. Love this area ! Lots of action and activities.

107 or 115 Mooring Buoy

Mooring Buoy is perhaps one of the most popular streets that I photograph couples & families ! Gorgeous, large homes are second row from a very quiet, beautiful beach. These rentals are located in a private community within Palmetto Dunes. You are super close to restaurants and have great amenities within Palmetto Dunes such as bike rentals, Palmetto Dunes General Store, and Alexander’s Restaurant & Wine Bar.

20 or 22 Black Skimmer Lane

I l-o-v-e Black Skimmer Lane in Sea Pines ! I have shot at several of the homes there and the beach is so pretty & tucked away ! Very quiet and Sea Pines has so much to offer. You have the Harbour Town lighthouse, golf, Salty Dog Cafe, Lawton Stables all within minutes inside Sea Pines ! You can have bike rentals delivered and bike all throughout Sea Pines during your stay. There are plenty of restaurants & pretty places to explore such as the Sea Pines Forest Preserve or the Sea Pines Beach Club.

8 Ketch

Also an awesome option in Palmetto Dunes ! This street and surrounding streets have beautiful beach access and likewise the awesome Palmetto Dunes amenities !

11 Seahawk Ln

I love this home for a girls/guys weekend or an elopement ! It has a beautiful little patio that you can have a wedding ceremony or picnic ! It also has a really picturesque dock that leads down to a very private beach ! Located on the beautiful N. Forest Beach, you are very close to great options the south end of the island has to offer ! Close to Harbour Town, Coligny shops and restaurants. Some great options for close by restaurants include Watusi & Al’s Aloha.

8 Iron Clad

You can’t go wrong with Iron Clad ! Also located in Palmetto Dunes (perhaps you’re noticing a pattern 😉 ), this street is adorable & you are walking distance to quiet Palmetto Dunes beaches ! In Palmetto Dunes you also have access to the Dunes House which is an “eatery for Palmetto Dunes resort guests only with American fare, live music & a beachfront patio.” https://www.palmettodunes.com/dining/the-dunes-house

Urchin Manor or Singleton Beach

Love, love all of these properties on Urchin Manor and in Singleton Beach area ! They are close to one another so I grouped them together. There is also a great rental company that you can rent properties in this area from: https://www.vacationhomesofhiltonhead.com/

Urchin Manor is second row from the beach and has a private beach boardwalk just for the neighborhood. Very quiet neighborhood set back from resorts ! There is a playground within walking distance at Driessen Beach Park and you can also walk to several beach bar/eateries.

Singleton Beach is also very quiet and has beautiful oceanfront homes. You can walk to Coco’s on the Beach and are minutes from awesome restaurants !

4 Brown Pelican Rd

Located deep into Sea Pines, Brown Pelican’s beach access makes you feel like you’re on a remote island in the best way ! The sun sets almost on the beach since you’re at the very edge of the island. I love the Sea Pines beaches that this home allows you to be walking distance to !
