These are some of the activities I recommend the most to my clients when they are visiting Hilton Head Island, SC !
Get on the Water!
Getting on the water is always my #1 recommendation when my clients ask me what to do on Hilton Head Island! There is nothing that compares to seeing a sunset from a boat, dolphins up close or catching your own dinner. I love Outside Hilton Head for any tours on the water or kayaking, Sea Pines offers great dinner & sunset cruises, there is a shrimp trawling tour my clients love, & lastly, the Salty Dog Happy Hour Cruise at sunset is always so much fun!
Biking & Exploring
Mitchelville Beach is a hidden gem showcasing beautiful dunes, intracoastal water and lowcountry wildlife! It is a great beach for a nature walk or bike ride complete with easy, free parking and restrooms.
Brunch or Sunset Drinks
Dockside, Hudsons & Fish Camp are all amazing options for brunch on the water OR sunset drinks. Nothing beats bloody marys on the marina at Fish Camp or a hand-crafted cocktail while the dolphins play in the sunset at Hudsons!
Beach Day Picnic
Park at Coligny or Burkes Beach & stop to pack a picnic cooler on the way! Stu’s Surfside Subs or Al’s Aloha are two of my favorite places to get lunch to-go for a beach picnic!
OR you can always check out Lowcountry Picnic or Board & Basket to book a picnic crafted just for you! I love hiring both these small businesses to host beautiful picnics on the island!
